Ummah Fit’s Men’s Program is built for real life. This is not bodybuilding for mirrors or workouts that leave you broken. It’s functional strength, conditioning, and mental discipline designed to help men show up stronger for their families, their communities, and themselves.
Our training blends high-intensity functional movement with structure, purpose, and accountability. Every session is coached. Every movement has intention.

Workouts are scalable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re returning after time away or looking to push your limits, you’ll be coached where you are.
HIIT Functional Training
Led by Coach Humi, these sessions use real-world equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, ropes, bands, and bodyweight movements to build strength, speed, and endurance. No fluff. No wasted time.
Martial Arts–Based Strength & Conditioning
Led by Coach Isa, this class blends martial-arts-inspired movement with strength and conditioning. Expect footwork, coordination, controlled power, and functional combat-style conditioning designed to build confidence, agility, and discipline.

This is a space where men train with purpose and respect.
Martial Arts–Based Strength & Conditioning

Humayun is the Founder and CEO of Ummah Fit Gym & Wellness Center and serves as a trainer and wellness coach. His work bridges fitness, mental health, and community care, offering a holistic approach to strength that supports both body and mind.
With a background in therapy, community psychology, and functional fitness, Humayun designs training that emphasizes real-life strength, mobility, and resilience. His sessions use tools such as kettlebells, dumbbells, ropes, bands, and bodyweight exercises to build practical strength, endurance, and confidence.
Humayun is passionate about creating inclusive, faith-conscious wellness spaces where members feel supported, capable, and empowered. His coaching style integrates mindfulness, motivation, and mental toughness, helping members develop not only physical strength, but clarity, discipline, and balance beyond the gym.

Isa is a trainer at Ummah Fit Gym & Wellness Center and a Co-Founder of Bayt Al-Asad: Middle Eastern Combative Arts. His training is rooted in historical movement systems from the Islamic world, blending martial discipline with modern functional strength and conditioning.
With over three decades of research and practice, Isa specializes in understanding body mechanics through traditional methods such as Pahlavani training. He studies how strength, balance, and coordination are developed through movement patterns historically used with tools like swords, maces, and axes. While his background includes armored combat and historical weapon research, his Ummah Fit classes focus on controlled strength, stability, mobility, and mental focus, not combat.
Isa has taught seminars across the United States and brings a thoughtful, grounded coaching style to every session. His workouts help members build practical strength, body awareness, and confidence that translates into everyday life. His approach aligns with Ummah Fit’s mission of holistic wellness through discipline, intention, and purposeful movement.
